Our client is a leading Mortgage Investment company who have doubled in size over the last year, and look set to do the same over the next. They offer the opportunity for clients to earn a regular monthly income from making smart investments in mortgages over saleable land and buildings. With strong interest rates, flexibility and control, more and more investors are choosing to invest privately. Our client now needs an experienced Financial Administrator to keep things ticking along seamlessly. The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy is maintained throughout all processes. You will build and maintain investor relationships, and will manage all loan and investor data. Because of the nature of the business, there is strict compliance that must be adhered to, and as such all information needs to be meticulously filed with both hard & soft copies. You will be responsible for tracking monthly interest payments to investors and preparing statements.
The role also comes with general office administration, as well as other projects as they arise. The Person
It is really important that candidates have strong financial knowledge and advanced excel skills. You may come from a banking or legal background and will be meticulous in your attention to detail. We are looking for applicants who enjoy working in a relaxed environment, and don’t mind being in the office alone from time to time. You will be working closely with the directors who are very open to, and welcome suggestions as to how they can improve their administrative processes, so we are looking for confident candidates who aren’t scared to make suggestions.
