Iconic Construction is a locally owned and operated construction company, based in Hamilton. Established in 2009, they have built a large portfolio of eclectic projects including architecturally designed new homes, residential renovations and extensions, right through to commercial fit-outs and seismic upgrades. With a fresh new approach to construction, the Iconic team maintains its old-school integrity and passion for the job. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Office Manager. The Role
As this is an Office Manager role, you will essentially be the glue that holds the ship together! This role will primarily cover all things financial at Iconic, including reconciliations, invoicing, month and year end, data management, and payroll. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and emailing quotes, as well as ensuring all staff contracts are up to date. The role will also cover some marketing and social media management, so we really are looking for a great all-rounder. The Person
We are looking for candidates who just know
how to keep things running seamlessly. You will be experienced in accounts and will be familiar with HR practises. You will regularly be in the office alone so it’s important that you are able to knuckle down and get on with it. The staff are builders (of course), so you will need to have a really good sense of humour, and be flexible and open to regular change. The role has the potential to become more of an Operations Manager role in time, so we would really love to hear from candidates who are looking to build a strong career.
