Seed Force are looking for a passionate Territory Manager, ideally with a background in agricultural or primary industries, to join their team and be a part of their growing success. This role will involve developing an effective sales and relationship strategy for your area, as well as approaching prospective retail clients both over the phone and in person. A key component of this role involves actively fostering long-lasting relationships with both new and existing retail clients. You will also be directly responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity with a great base salary and company vehicle. The Person
The ideal candidate will have spent time building up a history of demonstrated sales experience, ideally within the agricultural sector. Your demonstrated levels of integrity will truly show how you care, and this along with your strong interpersonal skills, considerable initiative, and business acumen will make you a perfect candidate for this opportunity. A tertiary qualification within either the Science or Agriculture or Sales and Marketing field would be very desirable.
Due to the nature of the role candidates should be prepared to travel as required.
