Our client is a well-established and highly reputable business with a nationwide footprint. They specialize in delivering property advice and expertise to a variety of public and private sector clients. With sizeable growth in the last 5 years and future goals for increased market share, new property consultancy opportunities are now available.
In this role you will have wide range of accountabilities; primarily with a negotiation and acquisition flavor to start with. You will provide quality services and advice to clients, liaise with landowners, form professional relationships, and organize the survey, transfer and titling of land. The role has a deep customer and quality assurance focus.
We’re looking for qualified property advisors who understand the Public Works and Resource Management Acts and can work as part of a smart and collaborative team. You’ll need to be comfortable forming and maintaining professional relationships, be resilient, and be able to negotiate and resolve conflict effectively.
It goes without saying you’ll need brilliant people and communication skills and be expected to hold a relevant tertiary qualification (property, law, finance or planning). As this is an intermediate role, we are seeking applications from candidates with over 2 years’ experience.
