LearningWorks Limited, a subsidiary of Wintec, design develop and deliver quality learning and training solutions to adult learners.
The team is a unique collective comprised of highly talented individuals. Learning Design - create learning resources. Learning Technologies develop Learning Management Systems (LMS). Our Private Training Establishment (PTE) deliver qualification based and non-qualification based training.
We work across the education sector, Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics (ITP), Industry Training Organisations (ITO), Government and Commercial sectors.
This role will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities for LearningWorks products and services and cross-selling to existing clients. Collaborating with the wider team, you will build high-quality client relationships through strategic networking and cold calling. You will work closely with other team members to identify leads and opportunities. As with any sales role, it is important that you track all communications and keep the CRM up-to-date to keep the Leadership Team in the loop with reports and presentations of sales activity.
Because this is such a niche industry, we ideally need someone to come from an educational or eLearning environment who has a passion for sales. Demonstrated sales success is a must, as is a strong ability to communicate well across all levels. The team at LearningWorks is incredibly collaborative in their approach, so it would be fantastic if this is an approach you bring with you. We would like whoever comes into the role to be a relationship builder who has the ability to drive sales and be capable of growing our business.
