The Company
Based in the heart of Hamilton, our client is a property management company who believe in doing things better. They believe that quality homes attract quality tenants, and their incredible reputation proves that this philosophy holds true. From small beginnings, they have built a fantastic team of property managers and administrators, and in order to keep up with their sustained growth now need an Office Manager.  
 
The Role
This role will act as the go-to person for all things admin. You will be covering phone and email inquiries and assisting the Property Managers with maintenance support and the booking of viewings, as well as dealing with tenancy inquiries (of which there are many!). You will be responsible for ensuring the office continues to run smoothly and will cover everything that comes with that, as well as the coordination of marketing material. The General Manager of this company is passionate about empowering the team to be their best, so the role comes with a number of professional development opportunities.
 
The Person
This company is made up of a team of people who genuinely love what they do, and we are looking for a similar passion from whoever comes into this role. Experience in an admin heavy role would be fantastic, and you’ll need to bring yourself up to speed with the company and the office quickly as this is a very fast-moving environment. It’s important that you have experience in juggling lots of balls at once (not literally) and don’t get flustered when the office is under the pump. While you don’t need experience from within a Property Management environment, an interest in the industry will be really beneficial.
